OUR LOCATION The Queen Anne neighborhood is a historic part of Seattle, with gracious mansions sitting side by side with vibrant shops and trendy restaurants – like Crow, which serves new American fare in hip digs and Canlis, a historic lake view fine dining establishment. From my home you can walk to Seattle Pacific University and the Interlay Golf Course, both less than a mile away. If you’re a water lover, head over to Lake Union, 2 miles away, and rent a kayak or a paddle board for the day. If you're not into getting into the car, catch one of three buses lines that run along 10th Ave West outside the door - taking you downtown, Seattle Science Center and more. Come in June, when Fremont hosts the Solstice Festival, or live it up at Oktoberfest in the fall. Whenever you come, Seattle will welcome you with open arms!

INSIDE THE HOUSE This new renovated house included the main house and private guest suite. A total of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens and amenities that will give you and your guests a total five star stay. Inside, an open concept living area shares space with the kitchen and dining rooms. Hardwood floors and classic furnishings characterize this home, with a large flat-screens in most of the rooms. Outside awaits your private courtyard. Sit outside with a glass of wine while the sun sets over the Seattle skyline and soak away the day! Enjoy a warm soak in the swim spa - it's 19' long for an around aquatic workout - it's large enough for everyone to soak. Towels along with kid and adult robes for everyone. For our guest's security, four outside cameras have been placed at each entrance of the house. The bedroom has a large king bed and patio access. If you can’t bear to leave work behind completely, you’ll appreciate the desk and chair that share the spacious room. An en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower and single vanity.
Other Details to Note
A house binder will be placed on the kitchen counter. It includes information on the house, how to use the swim spa, fireplace and much more. The binder also includes a collection of ideas of things to do during your stay. It's a work in progress but I've listed some of our my favorites! I've tried to keep the cleaning cost at a minimum, even at times times taking a loss. My house is large to accommodate special parties and I've thought of everything you'll need to enjoy your time in the house. My standards are inspired by the Four Seasons - clean sheets, luxury towels and big robes for everyone, heated floors, towel warmers. My house is deep cleaned for all new guests - check the sills, paintings, look underneath the furniture - you will not find dirt or dust. The house takes a team to maintain, and with that cleaning costs are a little higher than I'd like. You will enjoy your stay in my immaculate home - this is my promise to YOU. ***Rates are tax-inclusive and reflect the 16% Washington state sales tax
